Stephen P. Burke
Chief Executive Officer

Stephen is a co-founder of Pelagos Capital Management, LLC and its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Pelagos, Stephen worked at State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) for ten years during which time he was the Senior Global Strategist, Head of Global Strategic Asset Allocation, and Head of Taxable Fixed Income. Stephen has over twenty-five years of global market knowledge highlighted by extensive experience managing a set of allocation and fixed income portfolios for institutions and individual investors. Since 2000, Stephen has worked closely with John C. Pickart, both at SSgA and Pelagos Capital Management, LLC. Stephen earned a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
