Wayne is a Portfolio Associate and Structured Product Analyst for Pelagos Capital. Wayne brings risk-management, implementation expertise, and in-depth analytical skills to the investment team. Wayne has over 13 years of capital market experience highlighted by eight years of quantitative proprietary trading. Wayne has been working with Pelagos Capital since January 2006. Wayne earned a M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an A.B. from Harvard College. Wayne has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
