Extensive Experience and Collaboration

Stephen has an extensive career in finance, starting with his tenure at State Street Global Advisors. In 2005, he founded Pelagos Capital, a milestone that marked a significant step in his professional journey. Franklin Templeton took notice of the firm's success and acquired a minority stake in 2010. By 2013, Franklin Templeton decided to exercise their option to purchase the remaining stake, fully integrating Pelagos Capital into their operations. In a strategic move, Stephen re-acquired Pelagos Capital from Franklin Templeton in 2019, once again taking the reins of the company he had founded.
